ISLAMABAD: On Thursday, the Federal Ministry of Education officially introduced the ‘Matric Tech’ group in all the private and public schools across the country. The purpose of this is to promote technical education among the youth of Pakistan.
This group will be offered at the matric level with the main purpose to decreases the number of unemployed students in the country. The students will be able to learn all the important technical courses at the high school level which will enhance their technical capabilities and will give them opportunities to start their own business at an early age without being dependent on others.
Chairman Federal board acknowledged the decision of the Educational Ministry of Pakistan and stated that this is a great initiative from the Federal Ministry of Education and this will open opportunities for the students of Pakistan and will decrease the rate of unemployment. After completing their matric in technical education this will enable them to start their own business at an early age.

The Federal Ministry of Education appointed Raza Rehman as Ambassador for Matric Tech. Raza Rehman expressed his views about this initiative and said that this will provide technical education to the students along with the quality of education at the high school level and the youth can stand on their own feet without depending on the government and other private institutions for job opportunities and will solve the job issue in Pakistan.
For this purpose, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) and Serving Schools and College inked an MoU on Thursday during an official ceremony.
